Grief 05:01
Grief Grief comes in waves Sleepless nights / belly aches Sometimes the waves overtake me I am lost at sea Today is the day When I chose to be free I may not know the way Pray the river guide me may the moon guide me He says to me, why are you crying? I am ok. I was always ok. You don’t need to cry - you are free to fly Bodies break spirits never die But i miss you I resist you leaving Said I miss you I miss you more than you’ll ever know On the other side You give it all up to god Don’t you try to change my mind You don’t know what I saw I had to wait Until I was for sure I couldn’t wait another day Angels said breathe you away You and the angels know their way He says to me, why are you crying? I am ok. I was always ok. You don’t need to cry - you are free to fly Bodies break spirits never die But i miss you I resist you leaving Said I miss you I miss you more than you’ll ever know than you’ll ever know than you’ll ever know

The Light 03:38
The Light this, the last night and the end of the world we knew something brand new pulls at me something brand new pulls at you creation, imagination, play and we dream this station, change the station wicked it once did seem the plains, now filled with smoke and mirrors the silos abandoned, this old trail of tears we took to the land and it never was ours we took to the seas, we followed the stars plundered her body - drilled the holes but my god, how we love this land lift the veil, uncover your eyes let us not rest in our own demise the wind, it howls, the moon she sees what’s real and true beyond belief as the darkness approaches on this last night we search all the faces to find the light the light, the light, the light the light, the light, the light piece of peace and shoreline start to cover up homes, towns and all the art skys grow dark, rains cry forth help, can you hear the highway north? Follow the feeling uncover the light See through the haze that covers the sky the light, the light, the light so break out your maps let us find the way home tighten the mast and sink into bone remember your calling, remember tonight the light, the light, the light the light, the light, the light the light, the light, the light

Fern Reprise 00:53

about

Dreamtrax is a 5 song EP which started out as a “solo album” but really feels like more of a soul filled collaborative effort. These songs were brought to life in a bigger way with the co-production support from Orion Freeman along with a cast of amazing musicians from the east and west coasts.

It is a musical representation of the heroiness’ journey. Exploring and diving into the underworld and eventually allowing room within the heart and body for the lightness of being to pour in. The themes of longing, grief, trust, love, light and darkness are universal. My intention with this album is that it gives you deeper permission to journey inside, feel deeply, and that it inspires you to aspire to stand in your own truth…
